Cupori 221 Ref Cooling Cup tubes are designed for a working pressure of 80 bar and meet the standard EN 12735-1. The tube is easy to bend and easy to install. Cupori 221 Ref is an installation pipe for store cooling with CO2 as freeze buffer. The pipe ends are sealed after the pipes have been cleaned internally. The maximum permitted internal working pressure of the pipes is nominal and based on calculations of technical instructions of DKI 1/99. In the calculation, the max. working pressure was calculated from a soft annealed copper tube with Rm = 200 N/mm2 with a safety factor of 3.5 and the working temperature is at + 20° C. The calculation only includes the copper pipe, not couplings.
