Ahlsell acquires POJO Infra AB
Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Pojo Infra AB, a leading specialist in geomembranes and advanced sealing solutions for the landfill, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. The company has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 71 million and currently has nine employees.
Pojo Infra provides comprehensive solutions that include welding, and quality control of geomembranes and sealing systems. Its customer base includes landfill operators, industrial companies, civil engineering contractors, and municipalities. The company has built a strong reputation thanks to its technical expertise, commitment to high quality, and ability to deliver robust solutions for complex projects.
The company operates nationwide with its own technical specialists and welding teams. With offices and a warehouse in Gävle, as well as an office in Lidköping, the company has a strong geographic presence and can offer a high level of service.
The acquisition strengthens Ahlsell’s ability to meet growing demand for sustainable sealing solutions in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
The transaction is expected to close in March 2026.
