Ahlsell Norge AS acquires company within water and sewage in Råde
Ahlsell Norge AS has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in the company Weels Betong & Plast AS. The company has an annual turnover of approximately NOK 55 million.
Weels Betong & Plast has been a recognized supplier of water and sewage systems in both concrete and plastic pipes since 1998. The company consists of ten employees in Råde, and delivers goods to customers in several industries in Nedre Viken in southern Norway.
Through Weel's market position and the competence of the new employees, this acquisition is an exellent fit for Ahlsell Norway's W&S investment in the region. Ahlsell's branches in Fredrikstad and Moss will continue as before with a strengthened presence and expertise through the acquisition of Weels.
