Ahlsell strengthens its position in the industrial sector in Norway through the acquisition of Sørlandet's leading machine company

T O Slettebøe are known for their quality, availability, and service. They have a completely unique competence in the industrial sector and as a representative of some of the world's leading manufacturers, the company has for many years developed and delivered sophisticated solutions in close cooperation with its customers.

The company also has its own service department that performs mechanical service, safety service and repairs, both in its own workshop and at the location of the customers They are also offering spare parts for a many of its products, which adds value for the customer in form of more profitable and sustainable solutions over time. This also contributes to Ahlsell's long-term vision of building a more sustainable society.

For both T O Slettebøe and Ahlsell, the acquisition is about creating an even better offer for the customers. Going forward, T O Slettebøe will have access to Ahlsell's wide product range and extensive logistics offering, while Ahlsell's customers will experience even more that Ahlsell is a true one-stop-shop.

The acquisition is subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
