During her time at Ahlsell, Anna has developed the HR function with new and digitalised HR processes, a new internal communication function and a new intranet, our core values and learning & development.
The fact that Anna has led the development work on a Nordic basis through the HR management team has been a success factor.
She will start her own business in leadership development and coaching. One assignment will be to provide coaching for managers within Ahlsell.
