Ahlsell acquires JLI Smålandsstenar AB
Ahlsell Sverige AB has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in JLI Smålandsstenar AB, a wholesaler of fasteners. JLI offers fastening products for the engineering, power and energy, and steel construction industries. The company has six employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 70 million. JLI has warehouse and offices in Smålandsstenar.
Through this acquisition Ahlsell strengthens its offering in fastening and gains access to new expertise, a broader product range and increased availability. In addition, Ahlsell is broadening its position in the market and can offer an even stronger overall solution to industrial customers.
Closing is expected to take place in February 2024.
