Ahlsell acquires Proseal
Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Proseal (Professional Sealing Sverige Aktiebolag), an industrial sales and maintenance company within flow technology. The company has annual revenues of approximately SEK 60 million and currently employs 22 people.
Proseal supplies MRO products such as pumps, pump services and sealing products, as well as services within sealing solutions and rotating equipment for heavy industry. The company has offices, warehouses and service workshops in Karlstad and Gävle.
Through the acquisition, Ahlsell strengthens its offering within flow technology and gains access to specialist expertise, service capacity and increased availability within rotating equipment and sealing solutions, while Proseal’s customers gain access to a broader offering.
The transaction is expected to close in June 2026.
