Ahlsell acquires RIMA
Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Richard Magnusson AB (RIMA), thereby strengthening the offering within flow technology. The company has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 37 million and currently has eleven employees.
Founded in 1947, RIMA provides a broad range of standardised and custom-designed gaskets and related accessories to customers in, among others, the petrochemical industry and the maritime sector. The company operates from facilities and offices in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The acquisition strengthens Ahlsell’s position within flow technology and enhances its ability to offer industrial customers a comprehensive solution through greater expertise, a broader product range and increased availability.
The transaction is expected to close in March 2026.
